Nick promptly replied with an extremely reasonable price, and offered to book me in at a time convenient to us both.

He messaged on the day to re-confirm the booking.

He arrived exactly on time.

He then walked me through the process, and we discussed likely outcomes. He also spot cleaned an area so I could see how the final result would look.
